support@physioathletx.com is the contact point for everything to do with this website and the app: support, billing, privacy, legal, copyright, security and accessibility. It reaches the operator directly.

Written correspondence can also be sent to the registered address above. Email is the fastest route and the one we monitor.

PHYSIOATHLETX is a digital subscription: educational training, mobility, nutrition-science and wellness content delivered through a progressive web app. Nothing physical is produced, sold or shipped. Access is granted to your account instantly once payment is confirmed.

There is a free Companion tier, and two paid plans — Plus at $12.99 per month or $99 per year, and Complete at $24.99 per month or $179 per year. Paid billing has not opened yet: every plan is free in founding access, no card is taken and no charge is made. The terms below describe how the paid plans will work from the moment billing opens. Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled; cancellation is self-service in the app under Account > Billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

The service is operated from Hong Kong and made available internationally. Our primary market is the United States.

All prices are in United States dollars (USD). USD is the only currency we accept. Prices are the same wherever you buy from. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee — we do not receive that fee and cannot control it.

Accounts are for adults. We do not sell to, or knowingly create accounts for, anyone under 18.

All content published on this website and in the app — programs, exercise descriptions, articles, nutrition and wellness material — is produced and reviewed by TECHFORWARD SOLUTIONS LIMITED, which is responsible for it.

That content is educational. It is general information about training, movement, nutrition science and wellness habits, written for a general audience. It is not medical care, it gives no diagnosis, no treatment and no individual health recommendation, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. You self-select the goals and topics you want to read about; selecting one never means the app has determined anything about your body.

Read the Disclaimer before you train — it sets out the safety guidance that applies to every routine in the app.

Some pages link out to sites we do not run — our payment provider's checkout pages, and occasional references to third-party sources. Those sites have their own operators, their own terms and their own privacy practices.

We check a link before we publish it, but we have no ongoing control over what a third party puts on its own site. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or data handling of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. If you find a link from our pages that leads somewhere harmful or misleading, tell us at support@physioathletx.com and we will review it.
