Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The honest answer first: there is nothing here to switch off. PHYSIOATHLETX does not sell your personal information and does not share it for advertising. This page explains exactly what that means, and gives you a way to get it confirmed in writing anyway.
1. We do not sell or share your personal information
- We do not sell personal information for money or for any other thing of value.
- We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not hand your data to anyone so they can target ads at you elsewhere.
- We run no advertising pixels, ad SDKs, conversion tags or third-party ad trackers inside the app. Not on the dashboard, not on training screens, not on nutrition or wellness screens, not anywhere you are signed in.
- We do not send your data to data brokers, advertising networks, list brokers or audience-matching services.
- We do not use your health-adjacent data to advertise anything to you.
In the preceding twelve months we have not sold or shared personal information, including the personal information of anyone under 16.
2. So there is nothing to opt out of
An opt-out toggle would be theatre: it would switch off something that never runs. We would rather tell you the truth than build a control that does nothing. You already have the outcome the opt-out is meant to produce.
3. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it changes nothing here — we already do not sell or share personal information, with or without the signal. We accept a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request, and if our practices ever changed we would honor it automatically without asking you to repeat it.
4. Using service providers is not a sale
The app runs on other companies' infrastructure: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Airwallex (payments), Anthropic (the AI coach and food-photo estimates), PostHog (first-party product analytics with no health values in events), and Apple, Google or Mozilla push services when you turn reminders on.
Each of them is a service provider under written contract that limits them to processing on our instructions and forbids using your information for their own purposes. Under California law that is not a sale and not a share. The full breakdown of what each one receives is in our CCPA Policy.
5. How to submit a request anyway
You have the right to make the request, so here is a real way to make it. Email support@physioathletx.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address so we can confirm it is you.
What happens next:
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you inside those 45 days and take up to 45 days more.
- We verify you by matching the email address against the account. Nothing else is required — no ID, no card number.
- You get a written statement of our practices: that we did not sell or share your personal information, and that we do not do so today.
- We record your request. If we ever started selling or sharing, your opt-out would already be on file and would be honored before any such processing began.
- The request is free, and making it does not change your price, your plan or your access. We do not retaliate for privacy requests.
You may use an authorized agent. Send written permission signed by you naming the agent and the request; we may contact you to confirm it and to verify your identity.
6. What you can do yourself, right now
- Export everything — Account, then "Download my data". It covers your profile, workout logs, nutrition data, check-ins, coach chats and subscription status.
- Delete your account — Account, then Danger Zone. Deletion cascades through your data, and any live subscription is cancelled with our payment provider so no further charge is taken. Export first if you want a copy, because deletion also ends your access.
- Correct your data — your goal, conditions, equipment, diet preference, nutrition profile and logs are editable in the app. Email us for anything you cannot edit yourself.
7. If this ever changes
If we ever decided to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we would update this page before the change took effect, provide a working opt-out mechanism, honor every request already on file, and notify you in the app or by email.
