Eight disciplines. Zero fluff.

A foam roller, a looped resistance band and a folded exercise mat on a dark studio floor.

Recovery & Mobility Routines

Structured, progressive routines that support mobility and help you rebuild capacity at your own pace. Education, not treatment.

A yoga mat unrolled on a dark floor beside a cork block and a folded towel.

Mobility & Flexibility

Daily flows and targeted drills to improve range of motion and movement quality.

A loaded olympic barbell on the floor of a dark gym with stacked weight plates behind it.

Strength & Bodybuilding

Progressive programs that build muscle and strength through structured overload.

Wooden gymnastic rings hanging on straps beside a steel pull-up bar in a dark training space.

Calisthenics

Skill progressions from your first pull-up to advanced holds — bodyweight mastery, step by step.

A plated meal of grilled chicken, rice and green vegetables on a dark ceramic plate, seen from above.

Nutrition & Meal Guidance

Evidence-based nutrition education, calorie tools and flexible meal plan templates.

Loose capsules and a small pile of powder on dark slate beside a plain unlabelled amber jar.

Supplement Science

Plain-language summaries of what the research actually says — no hype, no sales pitch.

A dark, quiet bedroom at night lit by a single low bedside lamp.

Wellness & Lifestyle

Sleep, stress and breathwork tools that support recovery between sessions.

A closed hardback book, reading glasses and a plain notebook on a dark desk.

Health Education Library

Clear articles on how your body adapts to training — written to inform, not to alarm.

How it works

Inside the app

THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT.

Every screen below is a real screenshot, taken from the running app. No mockups.

The Full-Body Foundation program page, showing the week-by-week session map.

Guided programs

A plan for the week, not a pile of videos.

Multi-week programs laid out session by session, with a week map so you always know where you are and what is next. Pick one and follow it — or swap exercises for the equipment you actually own.

The Today screen, showing a running streak, the day's session and a shortcut to the coach.

Today's plan

One screen for the day, not a hunt through the app.

Today's session (or a readiness-adjusted swap when a check-in says you're running low), your streak, and what's queued next — all in one place, built fresh from whatever programs you're actually enrolled in.

The session player mid-exercise: start and end images for a Romanian deadlift, a running rest timer, and a stop-if note.

Session player

Start and end positions for every movement.

Each exercise shows both ends of the range, so you can see what the position is meant to look like before you do it. Sets, reps and rest are counted for you, and a stop-if note sits under every movement.

The AI coach answering a question about why rest days matter, referring to the member's current program.

AI coach

Ask why, not just what.

A coach that knows which program you are on and answers in context — how to progress a movement, why a rest day is in the plan, what to do with a session that felt too hard. Education and plan logistics; it refers anything clinical to a professional.

A photo food log result: an editable list of items with calories, protein, carbs and fat, and a totals row.

Photo food log

Snap a plate, get an estimate you can edit.

A photo turns into an editable list of items with calories and macros before anything is logged — a rough estimate for education, not tracking precision, and the photo itself is never stored.

The nutrition calculator showing daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and water estimates.
The fasting screen showing an eating window and its schedule.

Nutrition & fasting

Your numbers, and a plan to eat them.

A calorie and macro estimate from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, meal-plan templates in a range of food styles, and fasting windows you can track alongside them. Two screening questions come before any numbers.

The foods-by-macro browser in Match my targets mode, showing foods ranked with a target-fit percentage badge.

Foods by macro

Filter the reference library, or rank it against your targets.

Browse foods by category and macro filters, or switch on "Match my targets" to rank them against what's left of today's calorie and macro numbers — reference data and arithmetic, never a recommendation.

A generated meal plan's week totals and day-by-day breakdown, with kcal, protein, carbs and fat per meal.

Meal plan builder

A full week, built from foods you actually like.

Pick the foods you eat, and a seven-day plan is assembled around your calculator numbers — real foods, real gram portions, with a shopping list and a regenerate button for any day you don't like.

The quick-log set entry form with a plate-per-side breakdown and a warm-up ramp for the weight entered.

Lifting tools

Log a set, see the plates and a warm-up ramp.

Free on every plan: a plate-per-side breakdown and a warm-up ramp for the exact weight you're about to lift, an optional per-set RPE rating, and a personal-record board built from what you've actually logged.

The Progress screen showing level, total XP, a current streak and a longest streak.

Progress & streaks

Proof you showed up.

Levels, XP and streaks built from sessions, check-ins and habits — capped daily, so the ladder rewards turning up regularly rather than grinding one afternoon. Trends over the last 30 days sit underneath.

The weekly report screen comparing this week's volume, adherence and personal records against last week's.

Weekly report

This week vs last week, in plain counts.

Volume, adherence and any personal records set this week, compared against last — every line is a count of what you logged, never a score or a grade.

The training analytics heat-map calendar, showing 12 weeks of logged activity by day.

Training analytics

A calendar built from what you actually logged.

An 84-day training calendar plus a weekly volume breakdown by body area — counts of activity, never an intensity or effort score.

The supplement library, showing entries with an evidence grade badge next to each one.

Supplement library

An evidence grade next to every entry.

What published research reports about each ingredient, graded honestly A to D — including the weak ones. It describes, it doesn't recommend.

The face yoga program list.

Face yoga

A vertical most apps do not have.

Guided facial-muscle routines with the same structure as the training programs — progressions, cues and a safety note on when to stop. Presented as exercise education, with no cosmetic claims attached.

The reminders screen showing a weekly schedule of notification times.

Reminders

Nudges you set, on a schedule you choose.

Set the days and times you want nudging, from the app installed to your home screen — no app store required. The schedule screen is upfront about exactly when delivery happens on the current plan, and one tap turns any of it off.

Screens captured from a demo account with sample data. Numbers shown are for illustration and are not typical or promised results.

Who stands behind this

PHYSIOATHLETX is built and run by its founder — a practising physiotherapist working alone, not a clinic and not a team. That is worth saying plainly in both directions: the person choosing what goes in here is clinically trained, and there is only one of them.

A kettlebell, a coiled resistance band and a folded exercise mat on a dark floor, lit from one side.

What carries the weight instead is the process below: every clinical claim is machine-checked before it can publish, every movement ships with its own stop rule, and nothing reaches you without a human approving it. Those are things you can verify, which is the point.

The founder's qualification is stated at the top of this page. What is not published yet is a registration number you could look up yourself — until that is here, treat the qualification as our word for it rather than something you have verified.

Why you can check us

Health apps ask you to take a lot on faith. Here is what we do instead, and where to look.

Nothing publishes until it is reviewed and approved

Every exercise, article and condition page starts as a draft and is invisible to members until it is explicitly approved. That is enforced by the database, not by a filter in the page — and the approval step runs the compliance linter, which blocks treatment, cure and diagnosis language outright.

  • Every clinical claim is machine-checked before it publishes

A compliance linter runs on every content save and approval. It blocks language that claims to cure, treat, heal, diagnose or prescribe — and, for the face yoga library, anything claiming an effect on wrinkles, ageing or skin. There is no publishing path that bypasses it.

  • Nothing publishes without a human approving it

All content starts as a draft and is invisible to members until it is explicitly approved. That is enforced by row-level security in the database, not by a filter in the page.

  • Every exercise carries its own stop rule

Each movement states the specific signs that mean stop and check with a clinician. The database column is NOT NULL, so an exercise physically cannot ship without one.

TECHFORWARD SOLUTIONS LIMITED, company number 76317223, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. This app is education and training. It is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat anything — if something is persistent, worsening or worrying, that is a conversation with a clinician.

Questions

Is this medical care?

No. PHYSIOATHLETX provides educational training, nutrition-science and wellness content. It is not medical advice and does not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. You choose what to focus on — the app never tells you what is going on with your body. An assessment by a qualified professional is the only way to know what applies to you.

Do I need equipment?

No. Plenty of routines are bodyweight-only. If you own gear — bands, massage tools, bars, weights — you can select it during onboarding and unlock companion content built for it.

I bought gear from one of your stores — what do I get?

Your order email has a code. Enter it at the top of this page and we'll show you exactly what it unlocks before you sign up — it varies by store and by campaign, so we would rather show you your own than promise you someone else's.

Either way you get Companion free: equipment setup guides and starter exercises for your gear, plus everything else in the free tier. That needs no code.

What does the free tier include?

Equipment setup guides, starter exercises for your gear, a calorie calculator, articles marked free to read, and a habit tracker for 3 habits. Free forever, no card required.

Can I start free?

Yes. Companion is free forever and needs no card. Plus and Complete are available now if you want the full training engine — you can upgrade at any point, and everything you have already logged carries over.

Start where you are.
